Juz like any other blogs, petrol hikes n everyone complaining. I have decided to post tis one here for everyone to c. Bear in mind there is some calculations n some understandings to know.
- Before petrol price hike - Net income (total amount of wat u will get at the end of the month) -
Net income = Salary - expenses (food, travel fee, car, etc etc...)
Money saved in bank = Net income - futhur expenses (things tat u wanna buy...)
Tis is a common logic where everyone knows, if u dun, go bang the wall not ur monitor coz u'll end up spending more.
- After petrol price hike - Current net income -
Net income = Salary - expenses - price hikes (petrol or other stuffs than increase)
Money saved in bank = Net income - futhur expenses (things tat u wanna buy...)
At the end of the day, money saved in bank went down and ur heart starts to break.
- Conclusion -
Price hikes everywhere except ur salary. Prices is increasing faster than ur salary is going up, so there is a few things u can do to increase ur money in ur bank account.
1st Choice - (tis is where most ppl can c it n will do)
Salary (stays the same)
Expenses (cut down on this)
=
More money + u wont be enjoying as wat u have been enjoying previously
2nd Choice - (tis is where majority didnt c n DARE NOT to do it)
Salary (increase tis one)
Expenses (stays the same)
=
More money + still able to enjoy their normal life
Frankly speaking, who doesnt want to select the 2nd choice, but some ppl will say, say easy but hard to do it.
Still doubt? Come lets have another scenario. Its March 2006 now and lets assume salary is RM2,500, and wats ur salary at the end of the year?
More than RM2,500? OBVIOUSLY it stays at RM2,500 for majority. How much is the increase, ZERO percent. But prices keep increasing thoughout the year. Some ppl will say, wait for job promotion, why think so much so mah fan. BUT PLZ BEAR IN MIND, DID YOUR BOSS TOLD U TAT HE/SHE WILL PROMOTE U FOR SURE? Y must he/she promote u instead of other ppl in ur company which is doing the same things as u everyday.
If you choose to sit there n complain, well thats u, i cant force u to do something. If you wan to do something about it, there is a few ppl that can help u. Of all ppl i know not many ppl like Chun Eng or Billy is willing to be responsible n to fully consider their future. There r other frens tat has tis kind of thinking but i'll not name them but they'll know its them when they read tis blog.
One last sentence i'll type b4 i end, as we all remembered than in year 1997, 1998 is the financial crisis year. It'll strike every 10 years, so from the begining of late 2006 n 2007 onwards, it'll come anytime. If you wish to sit there n do nothing, i cant help u except to pray for u. And plz dun tell me tat it'll not affect since u r having a job n not doing business, let me tell u tat if ur company is not getting enof projects n not earning enof money, do u think u r 100% safe? Think about it seriously.
